So I was going through my living room photos the other day, and I noticed all the white and off-white slipcovered sofas in my file. This was before all the slipcovering business on here… but it works out great.
(This is one of my favorite rooms of all time!)
This is why it is really great to keep files like this and just go through them every so often.
I didn’t even realize how much I liked white sofas until I noticed picture after picture of white sofa.
When going through your saved picture files make sure you pay attention to repeating themes.
Anyway, back to the topic at hand: White sofas… Love it or leave it?
If you don’t have kids it may be easier to pull off. But I have two and more in the future.
All who will be going through the messy and clumsy toddler years.
If it’s not “slip-holstered” as I usually do and is a true slipcover you can always wash them… but how often would you have to do that?
Do you think it’s worth the hassle?
There is something so fresh and clean about them.
They can also add a sense of class with the right accessories.
If you’re going after a “Hampton’s” look…
… or beachy look, it’s a great option.
If you get bored with looks as fast as I do, like we’ve mentioned before, slipcovery is a good way to have a couple different looks without the expense.
So, I would love to hear from you: Love or leave the white sofa?
